Rebecca Marshall loves yoga. She also loves peace within her life.

Life is hectic: yoga helps.  Rebecca teaches yoga with a lighthearted perspective while guiding students deeply through the practice.  Rebecca's classes are based on breath and alignment; infused with quirky stories that stem from her life and thoughts on yoga.

Rebecca seeks to teach students how to balance the hard and the soft in order to become stronger and more resilient, both on and off the yoga mat.
